Directions For Use
Assess your tolerance first by having one serving (1 heaped scoop) with 500ml of cold water
Drink and wait for 30 minutes to assess your tolerance; if you want you can have another serving after but then wait another 30 minutes to assess your tolerance once again
One serving is usually enough for most people
As a performance food supplement, take 1-2 heaped scoops with 500-700ml cold water 35-40 minutes before your workout ideally on empty stomach
On non-training days, take 1 scoop when you get up
For best results don’t eat food (including a protein shake) within an hour of taking USN Anabolic Nitro-X
You should not take too late if you have a poor sleep pattern!
