All you had to do was read "all of it", and pretty much every question in this list was answered. As I find with numerous topics on any internet post, people are just too lazy to read the whole article and just ask a question for a "spoon fed answer", instead of reading the whole article, which was extremely in depth. If you are too lazy to read this article yourself, I'm guessing you don't have the necessary dedication to stick to a well thought out training routine, and have a diet specifically for your own personal goals. So "Creatine" isn't going to help those lazy types. "Read the whole article". Get some dedication, and get some goals and do the necessary things to achieve those goals. "On your own". No one is going to hold your hand at the gym.
